The Envello Board & Batten+ profile is expertly hand-moulded from four individual real oak masters, each with varying widths and distinctive grain patterns to recreate the authentic character and variation of natural timber. This innovative design provides exceptional visual depth, while the precision tongue-and-groove profile allows fixings to be concealed within the tongue, creating clean vertical shadow lines and a seamless architectural finish that complements both modern and traditional buildings.

Unlike conventional timber cladding, Limed Oak composite cladding is manufactured from Millboard’s advanced wood-free polyurethane resin mineral composite, making it resistant to rot, warping, moisture, insect attack and decay. Its durable UV-stabilised Lastane® surface offers outstanding resistance to fading, staining and harsh weather conditions, eliminating the need for ongoing sanding, painting or oiling. Simply clean the boards periodically to keep them looking their best.

Independently tested to the stringent BS EN 13501-1 standard, the Envello Board & Batten+ system achieves a Euroclass D fire classification when installed in accordance with Millboard’s installation guidelines.
